    Q: Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

       A: Absolutely. Check out our status here!

    Q: Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?

       A:  Yes we are.  And, we maintain an A+ rating.  See for yourself!

    Q: Do you sub-contract your installation of windows and doors?

       A: No.  All of our window and door installation is completed in-house by AAMA certified installers.

    Q: Are you EPA-RRP certified to perform renovations and repairs in homes built before 1979 that may contain lead-based paint?

       A: Yes. We take your health and safety very seriously.


    Q: What are your lead times?

       A: Most windows and doors can be custom made-to-order in just 7-10 business days.

    Q: How long will it take to install my windows and doors?

       A: Typically, most installations can be completed in 1 day.

    Q: Do you haul away my old windows and doors?

    A: Yes.  In fact, we are doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint too.  Your old aluminum windows/door are recycled.  And, your old wood windows/doors get re-purposed!

    Q: Can I just purchase the windows and doors from you?  And, can I install them myself or hire my own installers?

       A: Absolutely.  However, we require that you provide us with the exact net frame sizes of all your windows and doors.

    Q: Will there be any demolition to the interior or exterior of my walls?

       A: Retro-fit windows and doors typically do not require any demolition of the interior or exterior of the walls.

    Q: Can I change the size of my existing windows and doors?

      A: Provided there is enough room and we comply with all current building codes, we can make your windows and doors just about any size you want.

    Q: Can I change a door into a window and visa versa?

      A: Provided there is enough room and we comply with all current building codes, we can make doors into windows, and visa versa.

    Q: What happens if it rains the day of my installation?

      A: If it rains the day of your scheduled installation, you will be contacted the night before and/or the morning of to schedule for the next available date.  Keep in mind, if there is significant rain, we will need a day or two for the exterior walls to dry out.


    Q: What brands and types of windows/doors do you offer?

       A:  We have a very large selection of products to choose from. In summary, we offer vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, and wood windows and doors. Please visit our Products Page for more details.

    Q: What is your warranty?

       A: Most of our products include a manufacturer’s lifetime/limited warranty.  Additionally, some of our manufacturer’s include an accidental glass-breakage warranty.  Please see our Warranty Page for specific manufacturer’s warranties.


    Q: Do you provide free in-home estimates?

       A: Yes.  All of our in-home estimates are free. Pressure-free, obligation-free, and gimmick-free too.  Let us know if you’d like to schedule an appointment!

    Q: Do you provide estimates over the phone?

       A: Yes.  We are happy to give you an estimate over the phone. However, if installation is required, it is best to have one of our professional team members complete a site inspection and provide you with a free in-home estimate.


    Q: Do you offer interest-free financing?

       A: Yes. We offer several different interest-free financing programs. You can complete this application and get pre-approved today.  Check with one of our team members for current programs and promotions.

    Q: Do you offer senior/military discounts?

       A: Yes.  We certainly do.  And, thank you for your wisdom and service!

    Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

       A:  We accept cash, personal check, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

    Q: Can I combine and use multiple coupons and discounts?

    A: For the most part, no. We do our best to inform you of our  current promotions/discounts and give you our very best price.  But, it never hurts to ask!
